At Maison Q, prints are never just that — they are exciting little worlds waiting to be discovered. For our newest collection, we turned to the stories that surround us: the traditions, symbols and everyday wonders that spark curiosity in both children and grown-ups alike.
Each design is carefully imagined through the Maison Q lens — playful, thoughtful and filled with whimsical details. Every print carries a tale of its own, lovingly brought to life by our team of creatives.
Here are the stories behind our CNY 2026 prints:
Reinheart
Reinheart is a print that celebrates the timeless bond between human and horse. Inspired by the reins that guide this majestic creature, the design weaves elegance with symbolism, creating a meaningful motif.
The reins intertwine gracefully to form a lucky knot — a symbol of prosperity and unity — while shaping the outline of a horse’s heart. At the end, the tail flicks outward with tassels that hang delicately, adding a sense of charm.
Set in a deep, auspicious shade of red, Reinheart feels both festive and discreet, making it a design that quietly commands attention.
Koi Garden
Koi Garden is a joyful celebration of prosperity, harmony, and togetherness — values at the heart of Chinese New Year. Inspired by the pineapple, an auspicious fruit believed to bring wealth and good fortune, this print reimagines it in a playful manner.
Koi fish swim gracefully across the design, their bodies patterned like the textured skin of pineapples, their tails flowing into the shape of pineapple leaves. Interspersed among them are lucky knots and oranges, each a symbol of blessings and abundance for the year ahead. Lilies float gently on the water’s surface, representing lasting happiness in marriage and harmony in family life.
