1. PAYMENT OPTIONS

Our Currency is based on the Singapore Dollar (SGD). You will receive an email notification that details the list of items that you have purchased from us. At the same time, we will also receive a notification of your order and will process it during the current or next working day.

 We accept payments via the following methods:

(A) PayPal

(B) Visa and Mastercard Credit Cards and Debit Cards

(C) Bank Transfers*

 * Please note that we only accept bank transfers from customers who live in Singapore only. If you choose to pay through this option please look out for your Order Confirmation email from info@maison-q.com where the bank account details are provided.

 PayNow / PayLah / Pay Anyone

* For Singapore only, our UEN no for your transfer is 201819288R, email us when payment has been made

Open the app PayNow/PayLah/PayAnyone and scan the QR code below.

Key in the amount you would like to transfer and screen shot your transactions for your reference. Email us when payment has been made.

 

2. SHIPPING OPTIONS

We ship our items from Singapore and offer several shipping options for you to choose from.

WITHIN SINGAPORE

(A) Within 3 working days

*Orders have to be completed including payment confirmation before 3pm.

**Please take note that your contact number is required and if not furnished, your delivery may be delayed.

***For failed delivery attempts, for reasons that contact number was not furnished, you will be required to make another payment for courier shipping.

****Orders placed on a non-working day will be processed on the next working day.

+ All orders that have selected "Within 3 working days" on Saturday/Sunday and Public holidays will be processed on the following working day and delivered to you within 3 working days. 

Delivery time: 3 working days (excluding Public Holidays)

(B). SmartPac Registered Shipping

This option will give you a tracking number that you can use to trace your package via www.singpost.com If you are not available at home when the package is delivered, SingPost will hold your product until you pick them up. You can use your tracking number to trace where your product is being held through tracking your item at www.singpost.com 

Delivery time: 2-10 working days.

 

WORLDWIDE

(A) Airpak Express

- WORLDWIDE (Selected Countries): Customers can use the tracking number provided in your Shipping Confirmation email and trace your package via Airpak Express Tracking, click here to track.

Delivery time: 2-10 working days 

(A). DHL eCommerce 

- WORLDWIDE: Customers can use the tracking number provided in your Shipping Confirmation email and trace your package via Dhl eCommerce Tracking, click here to track.

Delivery time: 3-4 weeks.

* Deliveries to Canada will be not trackable when package have arrived and Customers will have to liase with Canada Post www.canadapost.ca 

(B). Registered Shipping

- WORLDWIDE: Customers can use the tracking number we provide and key it in via www.singpost.com . Although not all countries accept SingPost Registered tracking number within their respective countries' postal service systems, it would give you a basis from which you can raise an enquiry with them if your products do not arrive. 

Delivery time: 3-4 weeks.

- MALAYSIA: Customers in Malaysia can use the tracking number we provide and key it in via or at Pos Malaysia website here, select Other Country, enter the tracking number and click Track.

Delivery Time: 2-3 weeks.

- BRUNEI: Customers in Brunei can use the tracking number we provide and key it in via Brunei Postal Services Department website here, click on Track EMS Item, enter the tracking number and click Submit. 

Delivery Time: 2-3 weeks.
