At Maison Q, prints are never just that  — they are exciting little worlds waiting to be discovered. For our newest collection, we turned to the stories that surround us: the traditions, symbols and everyday wonders that spark curiosity in both children and grown-ups alike.

Each design is carefully imagined through the Maison Q lens — playful, thoughtful and filled with whimsical details. Every print carries a tale of its own, lovingly brought to life by our team of creatives.

Here are the stories behind our CNY 2026 prints:

Vivacious Miss Pony

Vivacious Miss Pony takes centre stage in this festive collection. Set against our mini signature scallop in a brilliant red, this print is alive with movement and imagination.

At its heart is a galloping horse, captured mid-stride in an upward motion that symbolises victory, strength and growth. Look closer and you’ll see the front legs of the horse have been designed to echo the Chinese character for mǎ (马), a subtle nod to heritage within the art.

Adding to the magic is Pegasus, the mythical flying horse that soars through the scene. With wings outstretched, it sparks wonder and reminds little dreamers that imagination has no bounds. The jasmine flower, said to be a lucky flower in the Year of the Horse is peppered throughout the print to soften to add joy to this signature print.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

• A fitted mid-length cheongsam that accentuates and complements the waistline with darts at the front and back of the dress.
• Features cape sleeves and a gold piping from the middle of the collar and across the chest.
• Comes with a gold frog button beautifully stitched in the middle of the Mandarin collar.
• A quality invisible zipper down the back.
• This is a single-sided apparel and is not reversible.
• 100% cotton.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

• Gentle machine wash, on cold.
• Wash with like colours in a laundry bag.
• Do not soak.
• Iron on medium heat. For a reversible apparel, iron on medium and away from the hemline. Iron towards the centre of the apparel so that the two pieces of fabric in your reversible piece does not gather at the hem.
• Do not iron over brand labels or snap closure buttons.
• No clothes dryers.
• When washing, be mindful not to use too much detergent as this, in some cases, may affect the durability and colour of the cotton (a natural fabric) in the long run.
