This tool is for customers who have opted to receive their products through registered mail. Please note that all orders outside of Singapore will be sent via the registered mail service.

You can use the tool above to track your shipment. Just enter the tracking number that you received in your email. You can also click the links in your email delivery notifications to monitor the progress of the delivery.

The tool may not show complete order cycle for countries in Europe and the Americas. It may only reflect that the shipment has left Singapore. Please contact your national postal services with the tracking number to request for further information.

For customers who have opted for registered shipping you need only click the link of the tracking URL in your Shipping Confirmation email to see the progress of the delivery. See below for an example of the shipping confirmation email and the tracking result.
